Graeae is a force for change in world-class theatre – breaking down barriers, challenging preconceptions and boldly placing d/Deaf and disabled artists centre stage.

You can contact them for a range of resources, including a Media Language Guide which provides correct language to use in relation to disability which, although aimed at journalists, would be useful to anyone. Also, an Access Essentials Guide, useful for FOH, Box office and marketing teams. In addition to guidance, Graeae also provide access consultation and training for individuals and organisations.

Graeae also run an extensive programme of creative learning opportunities throughout the year, training and developing the next generation of D/deaf and disabled artists. These programmes include Write to Play and Ensemble.
